Great run, really enjoyable, nice geeps as well, i agree with you about the game being great, it certainly is but, it has away to go as yet, small but important detail mainly, just my opinion. Still great fun for rail fans.

Why use the old GP9 instead of the Soldier Summit GP9

The game is great. Virtual Reality at its finest. If they fix those lights its a 10 out of 10. I made my own Geeps with the old one for the template, So mine show up as the right color, with working lights. But, its always a dissapointment to see flaws that effect the game. Especially when the developer could fix it that easily. I dont now if you've ever tried the baker dozen SD45 repaints, but those are hosted on Railworks America, and they have the same type of lighting problem going on. Although I can't even get those SD45's to move in game, lol I ended up making my own Rio Grande Units out of the SP SD45's and mine work great. Just having problems trying to change the cab numbers orange. They dont cooperate. So I left them white, which they did do to some SD45's after the SP merger so its prototypical, but not as good as the originals.

Just consider them overly faded. lol The lamps on alot of these engines are off, but I still find the game fun.

Thank You. I Like them Better Then The Soldier Summit GP9's. The New Ones Have Faulty Lighting. I Like Their Colors, But Theres Just Somthing About The Glare They Put Off I Cant Stand. I Hope The SD9's Aren't Like That. Im Not Buying That SD9 Loco Set Until Im Sure They're Not. DTG, Or Steam, Should Have A Sample Of Each Locomotive, Or A Clean Unretouched Video Of Their Operation So That We Can See What We Are Buying First. The Thumbnail Doesn't Really Show Their Flaws. I Wish The New Geeps Were Fixed. It Really Made Me Mad When I Saw Them Like That On The Route After I Had Already Bought It. It Is Still A Great Route, But I Think I Should Get Part Of The Money Back For Defective A Locomotive.
