Digable & Craftable Reeds (Fully Configurable) [discontinued]

Descripción
DISCLAIMER: due to real life obligations, I do not have time currently to do any modding. I won't support this mod anymore (or at least not in a near future). Sorry for the inconvenience

Allows you to uproot reeds and even craft plantable reeds if that's what you want.

A lot of customization is possible within the mod options.

You can decide wether or not you need to fertilize your reeds after uprooting and transplanting it (default = ON).
You can turn on or off the requirement that it has to be planted on a marsh turf (default = ON).
You can turn on or off the recipe to craft it (default = ON).

You can select the ingredients required for the crafting among :

Grass Turf
Cut Reeds
Manure
Rot
Guano

You will need at least 1 "Grass Turf" and 1 "Cut Reeds".

If you add any of the fertilizer to the recipe, you will obtain an already fertilized plantable reed after crafting.
If you just have "Grass Turf" and "Cut Reeds" in your recipe, you will get a "barren" plantable reeds that will have to be fertilized after beeing planted (except of course if you turned off the option requiring fertilization).

If you have suggestions, requests or issues, please post below.

Enjoy.

WARNING:

- I got crash report when this mod is used in combination with "63 stack mod". I suggest you use a different stack mod if you plan to use it at the same time than this one (credit to Traxex for the report and the incompatibility tracking)

due to real life obligations, I do not have time currently to do any modding. I did not log in for the past 2 months and won't be online much more frequently from now on. I won't support this mod anymore (or at least not in a near future). Sorry for the inconvenience

PS: you can, even though the script for this mod is particularly bad.

Whoa, cool! Is it posible to make a mod like "plantable light flowers"?

There is no dug_reed_placer but that doesn't prevent you to plant it back. I can plant it back without any issue so I don't know what's going on here.
The placer is just what is displayed when you select it from your inventory and move your mouse around, and I did not specified which png to use, which is an error coming from my early modding days, but that still doesn't prevent you to replant the stuff, just flood the console without any other incidence.

PS: yes, the turf on which you try to plant it matters

Great mod! Been looking for this with the configuration options. I like it.

Unfortunately, whenever I go to "plant" the dug_reed, nothing happens. When I hit the "tilda" key (the one that you use to get a status report in game), it is flooded with the same message over and over:

"can't find prefab dug_reed_placer"

And sure enough, there was no dug_reed_placer in the scripts. Is there any chance you could add the ability to replant the dug_reeds after digging them up? I presume this would be accomplished by creating the prefab dug_reed_placer. I would appreciate that very much.

p.s. this issue occurs both on and off marsh (not that it would matter) but just fyi.

any plans to make this compatible with the geometric placement mod? :)
