PS: you can, even though the script for this mod is particularly bad.
The placer is just what is displayed when you select it from your inventory and move your mouse around, and I did not specified which png to use, which is an error coming from my early modding days, but that still doesn't prevent you to replant the stuff, just flood the console without any other incidence.
PS: yes, the turf on which you try to plant it matters
Unfortunately, whenever I go to "plant" the dug_reed, nothing happens. When I hit the "tilda" key (the one that you use to get a status report in game), it is flooded with the same message over and over:
"can't find prefab dug_reed_placer"
And sure enough, there was no dug_reed_placer in the scripts. Is there any chance you could add the ability to replant the dug_reeds after digging them up? I presume this would be accomplished by creating the prefab dug_reed_placer. I would appreciate that very much.
p.s. this issue occurs both on and off marsh (not that it would matter) but just fyi.
