Novabox's third iteration of an edited industrial 17.

What it does:
- Removes jail cells.
- Replaces Shell Beach with a completely new outlands/wasteland area.
- Adds an underground quarry/mining area.
- Adds a backdoor to the terminal hotel.
- Adds windows to the UBC shop.
- "Breaks down" the Terminal Apartments to simulate a more open and decidable space.
- Replaces the garage with an area leading to the back alleyway of the change and foto shop.
- Replaces a barrier near the clinic with a fence + doorway.
- Some small things are now models instead of brushes.
- The Cyber Cafe now has a secret door instead of being opened.
- Adds trigger_multiple's to work with Novabox's safezone plugin.
- Dozens of little things not posted here.
