Or if you own Rev 2012 make a folder in your gmod mad addons folder and copy the rev 2012, materials, models and sounds folders there (for the full rev 2012 content)

It seems like observatory_c1_gmod_packed is not working from the workshop download, so use the dropbox link if you want that (bottem of description)

This addon contains four maps from the steam game Revelations 2012 that I have ported over to work with Garry's mod. Most objects and interactive things seem to work, however on some maps there are a few lighting issues.

The maps names are

boss_ik_gmod_packed (rocky boss arena)
boss_kulkukan_gmod_packed (another boss arena)
level_2_c1_gmod_packed (a very large mayan map)
observatory_c1_gmod_packed (a even larger mayan map, with some lighting issues)

You should not need the game for these to work.

Feel free to decompile the maps if you wish.
