Warp Items
Here are the warp items known so far. Please let me know if you find any others.

City
Warp Item Location
Cuomo
On the main floor inside the mansion south of the village.
Eluta
One of the treasures in the warp pot maze inside the village well.
Forren
In a chest in the basement on the west side of town.
Fortress
Talk to the guard at the bottom right of the Fortress.
Frostiven
From the artifact store's rightmost door.
Greenvale
From a kid wondering around the north east, near the house with an artifact in it.
Loutenreck
This is an artifact, rather than a key item, but it works similarly. It's on the south side of the second floor of the castle.
Wangun
This costs 5000G. It's from the guy at the top right of the town.

There's one new item discovered that has the same symbol as a warp item. The Stone of Returning, found randomly in the true final dungeon, warps you back to the hub room, and is consumable. Technically counts due to having the big white dot next to the name.

The Frostiven warper costs 50,000G! (That's the cost of the Wind Stairs artifact.)

Click the 'formatting help' button on Steam guides and it tells you the markup to use, which is more or less the same as BB code. It's almost the same as HTML but with square brackets instead of angle brackets.
