Nightlights updated! The Sherry Netherland Hotel - Level 3 Highrise Officebuilding

Beskrivning
-growable (of course)
-1:1 (of course)
-working cornerbuilding ( works on all biomes!)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-4x4 Level 3 office building
-7065 triangles (thats a lot,.. but as I have seen glassboxes with 10k+ here on the warehouse, im actually fine with that)
-358 triangles LOD
-40 storys
~170 meters
-diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap
-custom LOD with all these maps aswell
-based on an building in Manhattan

This building is the Level 3 of my office chain, you may need the Level 1 and Level 2 aswell (unless you subscribed to any other 4x4 Level 1/2 office corner)

Attention: This building will probably spawn A LOT in your citys, its sadly the fault of the gameengine. The game prefers 4x4 lots over any other lotsize, and as there arent any vanilla 4x4 corners, you will end up with tons of these buidings. Im working on different 4x4 corners, to prevent this :)

Edit: After some experimentation I can say that although the game acknowledges it as office, the info text on the styles page says its tourism, it does that with all of your NY office buildings

When I add it to a custom new style it says it replaces tourism specialisation lvl 3... but its supposed to be a office building, isnt it?

Breaks my heart, but I have to turn it off for now. Such a gorgeous building! You should make a unique version of it! Hope to see more cornerbuildings soon :)

- no reason to lower the bar, real modders do always their best :)
