How to increase Leon's speed! (Ditman Glitch)

Hello! Today I will be teaching you how to perform the very simple yet infinitley useful Ditman glitch (named after the user who discovered it). The Ditman glitch will allow Leon to do EVERYTHING 1.5x as fast, not just movement speed but other things to like reload speed and ladder climb speed and kick speed. SPEEEEEEEEED SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEED SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Equip your Stryker
Step 2
Aim your Stryker, but before the laser appears, equip another weapon. Congratulations!

Notes
1. The Ditman glitch will be cancled if...
-You are injured whatsoever
-You are stunned by an explosion (Leon hides his face in his arms)
-You open any door (from my experience, might only cancel glitch on green text doors for you)
-You interact with Ashley (catching her, not commanding her)
-You requip the stryker :(
-You use a healing item

2. It is possible to move after climbing a ladder before the camera resets on Leon

3. It is possible to fall through the map if you spam X or whatever when climbing over an object or jumping down

4. EVERYTHING Leon does will be affected

5. It's not cheating if they re-release the game after the glitch was discovered and failed to patch it.

violentpursuit, very late and I'm sure it isnt important now, but if you go on nexusmods, re4, sort by most popular all time, the second one is a trainer with anything you could need including speed changing

Pretty sure that list of things that cancel it makes it essentially useless. Does anyone have a real mod for faster movement? This game is killing me

There are more things that will cancel the Ditman Glitch.
You covered most of them, but here are some extras.
-You climb up a SLANTED ladder.
-You SHOOT/AIM the Striker. (Nothing happens if you re-equip it.)
-Kicking open/Opening ANY door. (Ditman cancels if you kick open/open doors as it changes his animation)
-Doing anything that changes his animation.

If you do this glitch and then shoot with the rifle, the rifle's mdel glitches out in a hilarious way during the cocking animation.:steamsalty:
