Enough of the old stuff - it's time for something contemporary! The townhouses of the Mursmäckan block in Kärrtorp, Stockholm were built only a couple of years ago, and their colourful exteriors made them an instant smash hit. As always I used the excellent Building Eyedropper Tool by hyperdrive_engage to place the buildings rather than wait for them to grow in the right spot.

Updated with randomly appearing props and trees.

boformer is right. there is no 1x2 L3 building in the game. so you can't really control this growable

The important thing for a custom theme is that there are buildings for every wealth level . To make this building grow in a custom theme, we also need:

1x2 L1
1x2 L2
1x2 L3
