ATTENTION! ALL I have moved all Shipping Container related stuff to either the Train section or a new category I created under the transportation category using the Icon of Large Roads. Very nice, but its not working.
trucks come out, but no train in near. No Trucks drive in and no train comes out.

It's just a park that a train can pass through, best you could do is place it next to a cargo terminal. You currently can't edit cargo terminals for trains or harbors and CO is aware of it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. :)

This specific asset I created from scratch.. All I had to do for the other stuff was subscribe to the asset. Load it in the editor and re-save it with custom thumbnails and tooltip images.
