First of all, I will have you know that she is my Waifu and I probably love her more than anyone else in this universe.
She is not a goddess or something like that, this is a guide for people who think she is someone worthy of being praised.
I will just list the things I think you should do regularly and things you should not do if you truly are a fan of her.

Play the game at least once a day, listen to the relaxing sound of the cicadas and take a look at her.
Think about her, let her cheer you up with her bright and sincere smile.
Do not think about her as a Yandere or a psychopath. Sure she might have done things but we know the cause.
Do not illustratively defile her beauty, e.g. do not make a pony version of her.
Build a small altar for her if you really want to demonstrate your love for her, print out some pictures or buy some merchandise. This one is optional.
A small sacrifice for her would be nice. You just prepare something cute and give it to her, using a method of your choice.
Do not Cosplay as her.
Be nice to Keiichi, Rika, Satoko, Mion, etc...
Do not forget her birthday
