The Maps
I don't endorse SuperCheats.com or anything, it's just the first website to come up in a Google search. I'm putting the relevant maps here out of convenience for all of us. I tend to replay Prototype about once a year, because I wuvs it so. When I do, I actually bother to grab all the collectables at the beginning of the game in order to pay for a lot of upgrades, to get them out of the way, and to be able to keep track of which ones I've actually collected. My OCD completionism gets me every time....

I don't know why anyone would actually need a guide to complete this game, but here's the link to the one I got the maps from anyway[www.supercheats.com].

There are two kinds of collectables in Prototype, not including the Web of Intrigue targets (those sorta count as part of the story). Web of Intrigue targets show up on the map when you pass by them, so there really isn't a dire need to have a map for them.
Hints
There are 50 of them, they are purple orbs of light, and they look like this:

Here is the map we need to make things easier:

Landmarks
There are 200 of them, they are blue orbs of light, and they look like this:

A good bunch of them are on top of buildings, or in various nooks and crannies of the city. Here's the map:

Prototype is probably my favorite game that I have encountered thus far in my gaming lifetime career over 20 years now. Until game technology and design takes a few steps forward, there simply won't be a game that matches what I enjoy about the Prototype games.

@HarisNvr Nope, just the completionist satisfaction of a job well done, and all the easy bonus XP you can get to make leveling up your abilities super easy.

Maybe it's little bit late for that, but anyway - is there something special after collecting all LM and hints? Just finish the game and wondering...

You're welcome. Besides, if there was an upgrade to reveal them it would spoil the thrill of completing the chore and cancel out the evolution points earned! Getting them all before playing the story is nice also because it is a substantial point boost, so you won't even consider grinding for XP for the rest of the game. Ditto goes for the various challenges, you'll never want for upgrade fuel, but most of the challenges ought to be held off until the relevant abilities are maxed out. Not that it would hurt to try anyway and learn the gameplay sooner.

Yeah little bit too late for that. I did keep track of them for a while. I collected the first 80 or so landmarks in order, using a map. And another 60 from just wandering around. But now I'm close to the end of the game and you're right, it'd be a nightmare to go track them all down now. Oh well, maybe next playthrough eh? Thanks for answering my question!
