I've updated the asset and corrected an incorrectly scaled lod which I believe caused the problem.

UPDATE: This model has been updated to try and solve the spawning issues people have been having.
The illumination has also been updated with a more realistic look. Let me know if all is OK.

Getting this error when the asset loads into a city

That'll be because the Inbetweeners are British.

@boformer It would be great to add my assets to the themes you've created. Can I suggest a UK semi-detached and UK detached themes so we could create suburbs as well as inner city districts.
