By "Requires Half Life 2" you mean it needs the base GMod content? as far as i know, you can't mount HL2.

Could you use an extra SWEP using this that can spend 50 ammo, take .5 ammo for 1 health (so it can heal 100 health in one healing) and things like that? It would be pretty cool.

Its not nessecary when the skin can be downloaded on Gamebanana. just download the gamebanan reskin. and put it into your materials folder.
