I built that part and it says that the crime is high. It is built close to a large police station. Also it has the icon that no road is connected. What's wrong here?

Thanks! I was really looking for something like just a wall to represent a old citywall. Untill I found this, it was pretty hard to find on the workshop. Maybe you can add it to a famous collection to get it more popular. For example Dr no's country collections,
