Deskripsi
I've always wanted to name a pub. Now I've had my chance, and I've outdone myself. Every good corner ought to have a pub on it, and often does. I'd love to make a unique pub name for every corner in your city, but perhaps the Steam workshop doesn't want to be flooded with thousands of tiny variants on the classic knob joke. That said, if anyone has any good pub name suggestions for future work, do let me know! Oh, also there's a newsagent for people who need the morning paper.

This is a 4x4 High density residential corner building. It fits very nicely at the end of a row of similar Edinburgh houses, and allows for some variety when combined with my other corner building. There's even a little beer garden at the back (requires props!)

I debated putting this asset in the commercial menu, but decided that pubs and newsagents are not great commercial ventures - rather they are small family shops that are tied into the local residential community. And some people would live at the pub, given the choice.

To reduce waiting around for a random spawn, the building eyedropper tool is very useful: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=438449058

To keep this building frozen level 1 and prevent it from upgrading, the control building level mod is excellent:
