I'll start off by saying that I used a lot of models found on the 3D Warehouse but I also put in a lot of work modifying, creating my own models and making sure the tri count was optimal. This was not just some slap together project that took a few mins. Took me about a week to do. Hope you all Enjoy and here are the links to the Original Models that I used in this project...

if you rtry to load this asset without the extra plants (the tree and bush) will the aset still load at all?
Im really tired of having 450 different plants and 15000 small assets that make my game take half an hour to load when 90% of the structures that have them would look just fine without. Spicifically the plants because i dont need every species of every greenery on the planet for one regons city... 99.99% of them will go enterly unused outside 1 or 2 placed parks >.>

Im not sure how the assets work in the back end so im not sure if me subscribing without the plants would just cause the asset to not load at all.

Just Updated this for After Dark! I also Improved the lod so that you still see the yellow dividers and vacuums when zoomed out as well as the neon lights. I also removed the traffic cone prop as a requirement. The LOD tri count increased a little bit because of this. :chirp:

u have to download other assets so this can work
