Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff :)

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 2x2 layout
Density : Low Commercial
Level : 1 (Currently its best to use the level up mod to block these from upgrading)

How do i spawn these houses in game?
The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod which i've added to the terraced house / commercial collection. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Does this shop require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. Some users have reported that they don't seem to spawn with the props so ill let you know below what ones have been used:

Ive added three satelite dishes to this asset and used the panel fence for the back garden, if they dont appear then feel free to add them yourself in the asset editor.

Considering the levels correlate to local land value, it would be so cool if you made 4x4 supermarkets, and as they levelled up they went through different budget shops. Like Level 1, Lidl, Iceland, Aldi, Level 2, Tesco, Co-operative, Sainsbury's. Level 3, Waitrose, Morrisons. Level 4, John Lewis (the big time :p).

I'd make some myself actually, but I'm working on another vehicle at the moment.

I'm just wondering about how you're going to do levels for the smaller 2x2 type shops though, since the levels correlate to local land value but Tesco Express is pretty much everywhere regardless of the area.

Estate Agent
