Yes, the growable-type buildings tend to share the same spawn rate as others. There are tips I can give you.


- Avoid using unusual-looking, non-generic-looking or unusually tall growable assets.
- Subscribe to a lots of growable assets to help the random spawning pool larger and less repetitive.
- Certain mods can help circumvent the problem from the beginning.
- Or unsubscribe to any problematic ones before long.

This is one of the old buildings of mine and I learned a lots from their mistake.
