These are basic pedestrian walkways that work very well alongside or between roads.

They are park assets made out of yard tiles, pedestrian paths and pavement, so it combines nicely with the side of a road.
2 tiles wide they look great between two one-way roads for example.
If you want to place them on the outside and still want the area behind zonable, you will have to use additional zonable pedestrian paths (=> Traffic++).

They come in different lengths (16 tiles, 8 tiles and 4 tiles) for better adapting to different road lengths. It is also possible to combine them with elevated footpaths (works best without pillars => NoPillars).

Because these are parks and parks spawn seagulls, you might want to use a mod that disables them (=> [ARIS] Remove Seagulls).
