Syn's Deer NPC

Updated version of PirateCat's deer NPC.
It seems all of PirateCat's work died out a long time ago, and GMOD really doesn't like animals, so the original files either are filled with bugs and errors, or don't work at all. But after a time of playing with code and updating, here we are!

Here's a purdy deer.
