UK Terraced House - Variation 6

** UPDATED FOR AFTER DARK **

Intro:
This is an ongoing project and is part of my UK Terraced housing / commercial collection so be sure to keep your eye out for more houses, pubs, shops and other interesting stuff :)

Building Info:
Type : Growable
Size : 1x2 layout
Density : Low Residential
Level : 1 (Use the level up mod if you wish to block these from upgrading)

How do i spawn these houses in game?
The best way to spawn these houses is to download the Building themes mod and either create your own theme or download the UK Terraced theme from the workshop. Alternatively you can use the two mods below:

- Building eyedropper tool: (essential for easy spawning)
- Control Building Level Up v0.4

Do these houses require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the 'Required items' section on the right hand side.

Model Info:
  • 525 Polys
  • 1,115 Tris
  • 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular, Colour)
  • Custom LOD (156 tris)

Hello Alex, thanks for the kind words :)

I start off by painting 1x2 like in the screenshot here > http://i.imgur.com/tv1O5uZ.jpg
i then wait for the houses to build then paint the remainig slots. I then use the dropper tool to place the remaining houses. Its best to create a distric and lock the district at level 1 else they will upgrade as your city grows.

Hello rik4000. First of all, thank you for this fantastic mod. Now, I have a question... do you know how can I make a neigborhood as the one in the photos you are showing here? I already have both mods you said we gotta use to place the buildings wherever we want, but the problem is even I have the right residential grid (light green, 1x2), once I place this british tenements they dissapear sooner or later.

Can you help me?
