How to break 101

Make sure, no matter what, to think of mine placements that are as close as possible from the enemy creep wave(extra points if the enemy wastes sentry wards on obvious spots). Now wait for glorious first blood(kudos to you if it is a double kill).
Use your mines while on the lane if you managed even to get the lowest damage, since its early and very few heroes have some armour atm you should deal some neat damage

For the skill build you ll want to max the suicide first, in order to make this even more effective go to the offlane against melee heroes and/or with a teammate that can help you get closer to the enemy.
The most important step by far is, no matter what, reach beyond godlike in 10 minutes. Never forget to say "lol" so they get enraged every time someone dies to you. Proceed to watch the enemy rage quit.
