@literally bill cosby, you can use the mod not so unique building so you can place unique buildings several times,

@Moose Hunter Ploppable mean that the building is placed manually, like an hospital or a monument. The opposite is growable, which mean a building grow randomly in residential, commercial or industrial zone.
