Better Oxygen Farms

I became annoyed at the way oxygen can disappear when tanks are used in conjunction with conveyors, so I put together this modification of the stock oxygen farm.

Unless my calculations are way off, with the stock farm it takes about 20 days (real time) to completely fill one large oxygen tank. With this mod, a single farm can do it in a slightly-more-playable 5 hours or so.

What it does:

- Modifies the stock oxygen farm (no new models)
- Increases oxygen generation rate by 100x (which still isn't that much really)
- Increases power consumption by 10x

Probably overpowered, and I may increase the cost of the farms in future but for now this will keep my dedicated server happy.
