Pizzeria La Boheme (Italian style pizzeria, growable 4x4 commercial, palms removed) by BumpaNiggl

A tribute to a beautiful person. :]

This is my makeover of a beautiful, classy pizzeria I have been to several times in Lazise, Lake Garda, Italy, and they serve excellent pizza and sea food and the atomsphere is just pure romantic. :)

I do not own any rights on the pizzeria and have only made this for free, non-commercial public use.

This thing gave me a ton of problems so please excuse the size; I was up to 120.000 tris when I noticed I went way over the limit so I cut bacl as much as possible just to get it showing up ingame. Anyhow; this one is smaller than the ploppable version since I cut back in size in the images I was using; saved 4mbs... better than nothing. ^^

Double checked and placed ingame to make sure it works; and it does. :)

Description: This is the growable version. If you would like to have the ploppable one then please go here:

Includes hangout zones for pedestrians.
No smoke or steam.

I am everything else than a pro and just enjoy creating these for public use; so don't expect this to be the "poonz". ;]

The one which has the most votes on Sunday, the 10th of May, will be my next project. The one which has the most votes on Sunday, the 17th of May, will be the following build. If it's the same option as in the first week, then I'll try to make a satisfying Bill and Ted's "Be excellent to eachother" statue. ^^:)https://www.umfrageonline.com/s/1e8ffa3)

I like this.

May I suggest publish another same item as this ... but for Commercial Leisure or Commercial Tourism? (After Dark Commercial specialization) :steamhappy:

Are you using PNG's for texture maps etc? I've noticed I can squash around 500kb's to 1mb per map by converting them to JPEG's after I'm done editing. I'm not sure if there is even a quality difference, and if you get a great res texture to begin with it shouldn't be that big of an issue taken the style of game this is and the ammount of details involved. I'm far less skilled at this than you so this was more of a face value suggestion rather any kind of expert or technical advice. I know that a lot of great assets are hitting the 2mb-6mb mark, even unique buildings that are pretty large. Good luck and keep up the good work on some really gorgeous looking stuff! :)

Not only this one; ^^ I've been screwing around lately trying to figure out how to keep the size small. My newer assets are smaller or at least I try to make them so. The specific problem with this one though was that I was up to about 120.000 triangles when I noticed; With other words; I screwed this one up and saved as much as I could. ^^

Love the asset and all of your work, but this one's got a huge file size!
