I love this asset, please make an AD-update. And please make it also as a Prop !!!, that way it wouldn´t be nessecary to place it next to a street !!!

with Network tools you can place it between the railroad, if a smal , zoneable road is near by. after this, you can disallow the traffic on the road. looks very good.

I miss Sign's and sSignals which light ( like a Streatlamp) for more realalistc design of Trains.

I use this all the time. However, it is a very small signal box and most of my railyard assets tower over this important building. You should have a few versions to give more variety. The current one, add one more story so it's taller, and a modern one. I'd be happy to gather some images for you if needed.
