This is by far the Easiest part of the game. Getting started. just hit start game and chose the first.
Option and do the same for the next screen simple as that. and do i really need to explain how to pick a Color?

After doing that it will bring up a tutorial and i suggest you use it. But just incase you did not pay attention. press the 1 key to edit your ship. you can add quite a few things when starting. Plasma Cannons, Defense Cannons, AutoCannons, Heck you can even add a Container! but before actually editing the ship i want you to exit by hitting ESC. if it pops up a screen saying if you want to save just save. afterwards you should Press the u key as that is what i have a habbit of doing. then click on the Fleet tab. or just press 3 i think. and There should be a bunch of empty squares about half way down the screen Click on one of those. and it will bring up a New Pop up. This is the edit mode. Go ahead and fiddle about with it till you get used to it then make a real ship. i reccomend useing everything at your disposle Kinda... As you have something called P. which limits the amount of Utilitys you can Put on your Ship. As i forgot to mention and im too lazy to re-write. hit the ESC key and hit save of whatever you have and press u or go to the upgrade screen. and just spam the P Button. then go back to editing your ship. just look for the one that is named something along the lines of. Unamed or Untitled ship or just create a new ship again. after that create the hull to how you like it but if you want a working ship you must use symmetry Sorry for all you people who want to make a badass ship with 1 Wing with a Crapton of weapons on it. but again use symmetry or your ship will not work. now for the Hardish part The Thrusters. there not hard when you get used to them but when you start you can have no idea where to place them.i would recommend you put 2 on the Top and bottom but the right side of it. It will increase your turning speed.
