As a part of "Wienerberg City" and Business Park Vienna this building offers over 100.000m² office area (including Vienna Twin Conference Center), a big Cineplexx-Cinema and many restaurants.

Its height is 138 and 127 meters
Ground plate Dimensions: Ploppable on 8x9 but requires 13.5x19 fields - make sure you remove all trees and flatten the ground before you build. You can connect the garage on the backside with a gravel road only.

Als teil der Wienerberg City und des Business Park Vienna bietet dieses Gebäude über 100.000m² Bürofläche (inkl Vienna Twin Conference Center), ein großes Cineplexx-Kino und viele Caffes und Restaurants.

Höhe: 138 und 127 Meter
Baufläche: Baubar auf 8x9, tatsächliche Größe sind 13.5x19 Kacheln - vor dem Bau unbedingt das Gelände ebnen und Baume entfernen. Die Garage auf der Rückseite lässt sich nur mit einer Schotterstraße verbinden.

Sounds nice. At the moment im working on a small german city called "Flensburg", which havent a building like this so i dont need a update very soon. But i think a lot others will be very happy. Keep on your good work! :) ... hmm maybe i can fit it in Flensburg aswell. There is a building which rly looks like this so let me try it soon :D

Asset is fixed now, attractiveness accumulation reduced and tourists are raising while building is placed... thanks to mr.v for his work sorting out which asset caused problems...

If it doesn't too high attractive compare to official in-game assets then don't worry about it.

Mr.V, I confirmed your bug... I will update this asset today evening/tomorrow morning with a lowered attractiveness accumulation - hope its fixed then.. and sorry for it, never thought this could happen with normal buildings >_<

Strange... Compared to standard ingame assets the attractiveness accumulation is pretty high at this one (like at many others found in the workshop), maybe that could cause that problem... An other thing I thought when this bug appeared, maybe it is not good to place too many unique buildings across the map with more than 9 tiles unlocked... I am really sorry that I cant give you a helpful answer to this problem :(
