We highly recommend that you prioritize getting Eagle Eye first, so you can see the locations for collectibles as early as possible.

Eagle Eye

On your first encounter with a commander, you can easily take him out with a stealth takedown.



If you are quick, you can pick up his pistol, move to the right and look at where the second commander is. With good aim you can catch him while he walks across the open for a quick two silent commander kills. Reload the checkpoint and repeat as needed.

If you want to get this a bit earlier, I recommend doing it before you escape via the cable car. The arena-esque area will have more than enough health packs on the first and secod floors. Alternatively, you can do this achievement when you reach Kessler and Annette for a much easier time. The area around the basement door will have ample amounts of healing.

Armor upgrade I

You can do this achievement in the library area that has gold bars on the bookshelves. There are enough armor pickups if you headshot the regular guards for their helmets. Alternatively, this is easier to do when you reach Kessler and Annette.

Grenade belt
Unlock the Grenade belt perk


In Chapter 6, once you find Pippa and fight your way through some zombies you will exit the building and be in an alley where you will talk to Kessler over the radio. At the end of this alley is a door. When you move close to this door about 7 zombies will burst through allowing you to easily get 3 kills.



Kampfpistole ammo storage upgrade
Unlock the Kampfpistole ammo storage upgrade perk


This can be obtained in the same spot as the "Grenade Belt" achievement. After killing the 7 or so zombies just reload the checkpoint and you'll start right where the screenshot is taken from.

Tough Skin
Unlock the Tough Skin perk


This can be only be obtained in Chapter 6 or later. You must use your pipe to hit the undead in the head and make it explode.

Quick turn
Unlock the Quick turn perk


When you are standing behind a wall or crouching behind a box, a very small white triangle may appear on screen. When this is on screen you have to aim (default right mouse) and you will automatically peak around the cover. Kill enough enemies while doing this for the perk.

Carry heavy machinegun
Unlock the Carry heavy machinegun perk


In Chapter 7 you will come to what looks like a ruined church with a gate in the front. You'll have to get out of the mech to go inside. Just up the stairs on the right is a minigun that you can pick up and use against the waves of zombies. The zombie spawns don't seem to be unlimited, but they are very large. When you run out of ammo just put the minigun back on its mount and then take it off again and the ammo will be refilled. Once the spawns run out you can move forward up the stairs and look down from the top on the other side where more zombies will spawn. There is another mount here to refill your ammo. Don't use the lever on the other side as it triggers a new checkpoint.



These last 4 achievements are gained for simply killing a certain amount of enemies while either using the weapon perscribed or under certain conditions (e.g. dual-wield).

The decision point for these limited achievements are found just after chapter 6's nightmare location. After you climb the wall, you can choose to save either Annette (by going left) or Kessler (by going right).

These achievements stack on higher difficulties. This means that you only need 1 playthrough if you so wish it.

You can play the game on the easiest difficulty then replay the last chapter on ÜBER to get the rest of the achievements.
