Creek by Tianlein

A small creek (5x2) surrounded by trees and benches.
You can connect this one with the "creek with bridge asset"and you can create a creek :)

With my Pond Lily and Pond Rose you have now a starting/end for the creeks too.

Important: Place it only on straight terrain otherwise you can get some clipping at the connection points.
Also depending on the light there are sometimes some shadows which i dont want but i dont think i can influence them.

As always keep in mind im still learning how to model so dont expect perfect assets;)

In case that people are interested i could try to make other connections like a little lake
or even a version from my big lake tian to the small creek:)

Ok, been playing with these and I like the look, very well done. The pieces need angled or curved sections added to make this set truly versatile. I suggest 45, 22.5, 11.5 corners, but make each angle set with 2-3 variants. S-curves, loops and some connecting falls ? Alot of work, but we would all be supremely happy landscapers as a result :)

if you ever feel you get the time to, i would love to have "turns" or corners" in this set so the river can turn in street corners

@themp3dj yes that are this shadows. Try them in another direction on the map and they will blend more or less seamless(as far as i could do it). Im sorry i dont know how i could tell the game not to place this shadows at the end of each asset:/

These look so cool and I want to line up several end-to-end to create a longer stream running through various areas...anyway to create longer versions or match the water color at each end so they blend together better..or is the "shadows" you speak of...? When aligning two pieces end-to-end, the color is darker on one end....

@Tianlein I don't know if it is possible, but it would be super cool if you made a sort of lake park which the creeks could lead into/go out from. It'd make sense if nothing else :)

Hello, yes i am already thinking about possible variations of river endings/connections. I will see what i can do when i have some free time:)
