This is my attempt at a more realistic parking lot, at least based on what I see here in the American Mid-West.
This contains a few custom props which will be required (list below).

STATS:
Construction Cost: 800
Upkeep: 32
Tourists: 8/8/8
Entertainment: 32
Radius: 100

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: it is highly recommended to use a terrain mod and flatten out the area where you want your new parking lots to be.
if you don't flatten the area then adjacent parking lots might not match up well and the "puzzle piece" design will be off.
