BeaverTails and Queues de Castor are a Canadian-based chain of pastry stands operated by BeaverTails Canada Inc. The chain's namesake product is a line of fried dough pastries, individually hand stretched to resemble a beaver’s tail.

Smoke's Poutinerie is a Canadian nation-wide poutine franchise and offers 30 different kinds of poutine.

It's spring which means it's time to enjoy beavertails and poutine outdoors! After completing Canadian Tire, I wanted to go small and thought that this was a nice way to welcome the warm weather.
