This one again is pretty easy to complete. Just put your hero at the top in the start while you build up your defense.
Concentrate on building up and upgrading the lower left side of the defense first.
And around wave 6-7 you will need a swamp in the top left to trigger the nicotine's

In the second screenshot you can see how it looks when I finish the map.



The other melee buildings mainly make sure the mobs get split up a bit and you can use your hero for this as well, just make him kill the stronger mobs like the worms first.
