Private School

描述
Elementary school with 725 student capacity. Costs 17000.
Has slightly higher worker/electricity/water requirements
as well as slightly higher education radius and trash generation
compared to the stock elementary school.

Comments and suggestions welcome!

UPDATE - 09/8/15 - Removed maintainence costs, added pavement to other side of building.
UPDATE - 2/24/16 - Tested and fully compatable with Snowfall/version 1.3.
UPDATE - 3/14/17 - Tested and fully compatable with current game version.

All good, but should it not generate less trash as the pupils will be cleaner? Catchment would change a lot and most modern schools would be less considerate of the trash they generate. Just a though :D
