This is the seventh building in my Canadian Collection series and is by far the most requested. Due to its size, I had to make it a unique building. It's my first, so I'm not sure how realistic the stats are. And no, there's no Canadian Tire money inside. :)

Great job on your Canada Collection! I was looking for exactly these assets and here they are all in one spot. Thanks!

Just convert this building to RICO via the Settings menu of the RICO mod if you want this asset to be a low/high commercial building with 100 or so employees. The only bummer is the lack of night lighting in the windows.
