lvl1 2x2 LDC based on Blood God's Small Shops.
"Fairtrade coffee, organic food and groceries. You can even hang out with some cake and hot drinks to listen to the life's story of the carrots you just bought..."

Disclaimer: Residential and commercial buildings of the Transitional Urban Agriculture collection (TUA) have mixed levels and are meant to be used together to give a city a conistent appearance. Some of the assets probably not grow into the same thing, sadly. Working on that though. Help + Info appreciated. Please rate if you like!
Also, read the collections description if you want to know what's the motivational roots of this asset.

I don't think so, I'm afraid... the custom asset I took for the café is from before After Dark. If that one was updated, I could redo the café :) Sadly, if the based-on building is flagged as generic commercial, you can't save it as one of the commercial-specs this far...except for twiddling around with mods and building AIs, which I not yet could figure out how exactly^^

I just changed the visibility of the TUA-collection from hidden to public. Was stupid not to see that earlier...

that's true and sad, but something I discovered to be the case with all the logos you can choose from vanilla-ingame. You can place them properly only on (flat/smooth) walls or roofs and then still, they're "invisible" from the backside.
I don't know, but maybe that could be an advantage for some cases... but as it is, it's looking funny. And is strange. I mean, what did the modelers think, or did no human tester have a look at these at least 10 different 3D objects from all sides? No intention to bash paradox, perhaps there was no time or something like that...

Hi, just tested your building and I like it. Good work.
Minor issue: My beans sign has no backside texture...
