lol its a Classical piece by Vivaldi, Summer Presto from his Four Seasons played by Children of Bodom which is a really great melodic death metal band, its actually quite a crazy musical feat

You should look into DCS series if you are interested in flying combat. Love it. Super realistic too, and nothing beats in flight refueling an a10c.
