In Prior updates this was an area near Novo before the city was established.
The place was given Outpost signs of 'UNDER CONSTRUCTION'

I Though "How Very fitting For DayZ..."
I think it sums up DayZ perfectly,
it will always be:
'UNDER CONSTRUCTION'"
