Evaluation Criteria List
Your score evaluated by items below.
Higher score you earn, higher rank rewarded.
There are D → C → B → A → S → Z.
D is lowest and Z is highest.
Some items give you huge impact on overall score such as
"Quest Great Success", "Untouchable", "Quick Win" and so on.
Some items add so little to your score board such as
"Burden", "Close call", "Vandal" and so on.
You can improve your score by doing more items before finishing quest.
For example, picked up 5 items so you can add "Treasure Hunter" to your score board.
Or heal yourself before quest finish so you can add "No Sweat" to your score board.

Actually, i Z-Ranked most of the missions, and only a few of them required me to go for Untouchable. If you have Kaioken, you can spam the Evasive Skill 5 times, and it will give Evader. Giving you extra points. Also spam Super attacks and wait for enemies to Ki Blast so you can repell them. For parallel quests, make a party and invite a low lvl character, only one, so they don't get in the way. You will also get Reversal. I tried that when leveling my CaC to lvl 99 and it worked wonders.

Thing is, Untouchable is basically impossible to get. Even getting hit with a single Evasive does damage. Trying to aim for Untouchable will just have you throwing your controller across the room. It's also what makes getting Z rank in story mode missions so much more difficult than anything else in the game.

A recommended "easy" way to get Z ranks on most (not all) missions: Untouchable, Grappler and Ki Blaster. I add Combo adept if that doesn't work.
