Water Consumption/Sewage Accumulation: 0/0
Entertainement Accumulation/Radius: 0/250

Values still have to (maybe) be balanced, given the comments :)
I didn't put too much trees in so you can customize it given your biome.

Love the parking lots :)

My only suggestion would be to add 1 or 2 to the electricity consumption if they have lights (unless they are solar powered or something). But still, well balanced IMHO

The reason why I put 25 for each class of wealth, is because IRL, even rich people have to park somewhere :)

You'll notice that it gives no Entertainement. I might up garbage a little, but maintenance will stay (it is fenceless --> free)

I will give this a shot and see how it goes. I'm not sure if it should attract tourists, but if it must maybe make 3 versions. One for each class of wealth. I think garbage should go up a little and maintenance down a tad (most lots where I live actually charge money and would not have a cost per se as the customers would be funding it).
