too dark for most maps imo, the cherry red style you see around on here is alot more visible on maps without looking plastic

Yeah, i thought it wasnt possible but as you said that changes the wood parts only i thought that maybe you got one way to make it like making another 3d models just like the original but putting over the standart just like Krypto and aus1271 did with the scar to modify the mag.

no , because the wood is part of the entire texture , that could only work if the developers add separated texture files, but no one do that.
