As a part for my mod collection, to create your own designed beaches. This asset features a Umbrella with Surfboards.

According to LoadingScreenMod, Board2Prop_Data which is Required in: 417015842.Big party tent with pool_Data as well as 417018102.Umbrella 3 Chairs + Surfboards_Data seems to be missing.

Mate, would you care to make a guide how to make assets that don't require a road connection? That would be really awesome :)
