any level from the drop series is pretty easy (SaDrop, DeaDrop, WilDrop, BlooDrop)

personally i think you should add acheron to the list as it is such a good experience to play and would be a great first demon

Platinum Adventure is very easy

Retro Circles, it does not have that much timing jumps and the wave part has a lot of space. Only things you need to practice is the dual and the spam part (and there isn't a gravity portal in the wave section btw)

Cataclysm 1 should have an M next to it, there's a fair amount of memory in it
