OW_Editor for exporting/importing GBI & drawing "don't enter rock" areas,
GIMP for editing the texture & adjusting it to map size,
grndsec for packing the BMP map into GBI.
OW_Editor & grndsec are OW apps.

Wow, fallout in original war mod sounds fantastic, great idea :)

Yeah, this map consists of plain ground & 'don't ener rock' only. But it's looks quite natural though (most of it).

lol, just a shame that the ground bitmap doesn't have any depth as it will get drawn over by everything else.
