Just a simple "2 family" condo (will likely hold more than that as is standard with Cities Skylines.) this is a level 1 low density residential building, with multiple variations on the color of the roofing.

Hmm, true... but it is meant to be multiple families living there. They would have a higher income combined together in order to afford the place? For example, on the front of the home, there are four air conditioners. There could be two families living on the first floor, and 2 more on the second?
