Well, Alex Wesker isn't the type of person who would just "kick unwanted people out", she'd most likely have them killed.
She could just as well just kick him out or something
They're related by name and the fact that they were created by Umbrella (Alex being a former Umbrella employee). Apart from that, there's nothing to indicate that "Alpha" is an AI. It's just the simulator's name.
The movies and games have tried to remain very far story wise from eachother, i have noticed any refrances in either, apart from Afterlife where Barry and Leon make an appearance. We know that the main story of Revelations 2 takes place during Resident Evil 6. there could possible be some ties in both games.
Also in the Little Miss side story there is a Dark Natalia, which could be a repesentation of the Red Queen herself.
They're probably related, that's how naming works. Otherwise, why would she be called Red Queen anyway? Why not Blue King?
I don't think so, he's just looking for his daughter Irina, doesn't really look like a mercenary.
