Notes: If one of the T's flyover ramps has really heavy traffic, you'll probably need to move out the corresponding on-ramp from the other side. That will allow smooth merging, instead of everyone merging into the right hand lane.

Swapping the segment of highway ramp that connects to the roundabout to a two lane one-way road helps a bit with throughput (if necessary).

Big height differences may cause some funny business with the support pillars. I placed the intersection on a hill, and ended up with a pillar in the middle of the right side road. Unless you remove the road segment, it doesn't actually affect anything though. You can manually correct it after the fact (there's enough space to do so), but I'm not sure there's much to be done in the asset editor.
