Worn Dirty M16A4

While looking through the workshop, I noticed a niche that hasn't quite been filled since the M16A4 model was updated.

Most of the old skins that focused on wear and grit haven't been updated to work with the new model.

Figured I'd give it a go myself, haven't done this kind of thing since CS Source skins in highschool so this took me waaaaaaaaay too long but I'm fairly happy with the results.

I think I've overloaded my game with conflicting mods, some weird bugs where my hands and sight are gone in some of the screens.

Includes world texture.
Removed phong because dirt isn't shiny and I couldn't manipulate it to not look ridiculous.

Worn carry handle is a separate mod so iron sights of choice can still be used.
