Warning: the outlet for water services seems to be buggy, this item cannot be placed directly on a preexisting water line. (it can but will not work)

I hope the next patch addresses the water connection bug on pumps,etc., I would LOVE to have a water pump cheat... Most cities I make have a never ending waterfall and awesome river..
